Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 July 2026 · Questions: hello@saykiwi.com
These are the terms between you and saykiwi. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past, and there is nothing buried in them. Using the service means you accept them.

The service at saykiwi.com is provided by [legal company name], [registered address], [country], company number [company number]. Full details on our Legal notice. "We" and "saykiwi" mean that company; "you" means the business using the service.
2. What saykiwi does
saykiwi watches the review profiles you connect, drafts replies in the voice and the house rules you set, and — where you have switched it on and the platform supports it — publishes those replies for you. Anything the service reads as risky (money back, legal threats, safety) is held for your decision instead of going out on its own.
That holding rule is built in code and we intend to keep it. It is not a promise that nothing will ever need your attention: see section 7.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and acting for a business.
- You may only connect review profiles you genuinely own or are authorised to manage. Connecting someone else's profile is grounds for us closing the account.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Activity under your account is treated as yours, so tell us at once at hello@saykiwi.com if you think someone else has got in.
- Give us an email address that works. It is how we send verification links, password resets and anything genuinely important.
4. The replies are yours
Drafts are written by AI, on your instructions, in your name. A published reply is your public statement, not ours — you are responsible for what appears under your business's name.
AI drafts can be imperfect. They can misread a review or phrase something the way you never would. The edit, approve, retry and hold controls exist precisely so that you stay in charge, and auto-publish is a choice you make with your eyes open. If accuracy matters more to you than speed, leave auto-publish off and approve from your phone.
5. What you may not do
- Use saykiwi to deceive: fake reviews, replies that impersonate someone else, astroturfing.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, reviewers included.
- Break a review platform's own rules through us, or work around a platform's limits.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to hand us.
- Probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
- Use it to publish anything that discriminates against or targets a person or group.
Doing any of this can get an account suspended or closed. We would rather warn you first, and we will where the situation allows it.
6. Plans, payment and refunds
Free is genuinely free. Every platform, your own tone, auto-publishing, and 10 published replies a month, for as long as you like, with no card. We do not gate features to manufacture a reason to upgrade.
Paid plans raise the monthly ceiling. Prices are at saykiwi.com/pricing, in US dollars, and exclude any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are; tax is shown before you pay. Only a published reply counts against your limit — drafts, edits and retries are free and unlimited on every plan.
Trials. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial and no card up front. If you do not pay at the end, the account simply returns to Free — nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.
Renewal and cancellation. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app; you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid for, then drop to Free. We email you before a yearly plan renews.
Refunds. If you are in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of buying a digital service. Because the service is available immediately, starting to use it means you ask us to begin at once and you accept that the withdrawal right ends once it is fully performed; for a subscription you can still withdraw within those 14 days and be refunded for what you have not used. Beyond that, and everywhere else: if the service did not do what this page says it does, write to hello@saykiwi.com and we will sort it out. We would rather refund someone than argue with them.
Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead by email and never apply to a period you have already paid for.
Paid billing is not switched on yet. When it is, the payment provider and the exact checkout terms appear here and at checkout before you are asked for anything.
7. What we do not promise
- That a review will be removed. The platform decides that, never us. saykiwi can help you report a review and track the case; it cannot delete anyone's opinion.
- That every risky review is caught. The screening errs deliberately towards showing you things, but you remain responsible for what is published in your name.
- Uninterrupted or error-free service. We run it carefully and fix what breaks, but it is provided "as is". The free plan carries no service-level guarantee at all.
- That a platform will keep letting us in. Google, Meta and the rest set their own rules and can change them. If a connection stops being possible, we will tell you plainly rather than quietly letting it rot.
- Any particular business result. Nobody can promise you a rating, a ranking or a customer, and we do not.
8. Who owns what
You keep everything of yours: your business details, your house rules, your reviews and the replies published under your name. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to store that content, send it to the AI providers in section 3 of the Privacy Policy, and publish replies where you tell us to.
We keep the software, the brand, the name saykiwi and the kiwi. You may not copy or resell them. Feedback you send us we may act on freely, with thanks and without owing you anything.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business or reputational harm, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you actually paid us in the twelve months before it — which on a free account is zero.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer rather than a business, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
10. Ending it
You can leave whenever you like: Settings → Delete my account. Everything is erased immediately, as described in the Privacy Policy. No exit interview, no retention emails, no dark pattern between you and the door.
We can suspend or end an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 5, for non-payment, or if we have to for legal reasons. Except where the breach makes it impossible, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right, and you can export or delete your data first.
We can also discontinue the service itself. If that ever happens you get at least 30 days' notice, a refund of anything paid for time you will not get, and a way to take your data with you.
11. Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the law of [governing law], and the courts of [venue] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
Talk to us first. hello@saykiwi.com — almost everything is fixable in one email, and we would rather fix it than win it. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
Changes. If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and account holders are emailed before it takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means the new terms apply; if you would rather not, delete the account and nothing further is owed.
